What are the rules for pets in shared spaces?

At Enclave, pets are welcome in some developments, but there are clear rules for shared spaces to ensure comfort and safety for all residents.

Supervision: Pets must always be accompanied by their owner in communal areas.
Leads and carriers: Dogs must be kept on a lead, and small pets should be carried or in a suitable carrier.
Cleanliness: Owners must clean up after their pets immediately, both indoors and outdoors.
Restricted areas: Pets may not be allowed in certain spaces such as gyms, co-working areas, or lounges — check with your on-site team for specific restrictions.

You are fully responsible for your pet’s behaviour. Any damage or disruption caused may result in charges or loss of permission to keep the pet.
