As an Enclave resident, you’re expected to take care of basic day-to-day maintenance in your apartment. These small tasks keep your home in good condition and help prevent bigger issues from developing.
Your responsibilities

Ventilation: Open windows and use extractor fans to reduce condensation and prevent mould.

Appliance care: Empty dishwasher and tumble dryer filters, clean washing machine drawers, and defrost the fridge-freezer if needed.

Light bulbs and batteries: Replace light bulbs and batteries in smoke alarms (if battery-operated).

Bins and waste: Empty household bins regularly and use recycling facilities properly.

Minor fixes: Tightening loose screws, replacing shower hoses, or dealing with small upkeep issues.
