What if I need to reschedule or cancel my tour?
Enclave understands that plans can change, so rescheduling or cancelling a tour is straightforward. The key is to let the team know as soon as possible so they can adjust your appointment and, if needed, offer the slot to someone else.
How to reschedule
If you’d like to move your appointment to a different date or time:
- Click the meeting invite in your tour confirmation email or the meeting in your calendar. Both will include links to either reschedule or cancel your tour directly.
- Contact the local enquiries team for the building where your tour is booked.
- Suggest alternative times that work for you — the team will do their best to accommodate.
- Confirm the new details so you know your appointment has been updated.
How to cancel
If you no longer wish to view the property, simply click the link in your tour confirmation email or contact the team to cancel. There are no penalties for doing so, and you can always rebook at a later date if your circumstances change.
