What is checked during the move-out inspection?

During your Enclave move-out inspection, the property will be reviewed against the original inventory and condition at the start of your tenancy.

Key areas checked

  • Cleanliness: Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and furniture must be thoroughly cleaned.
  • Damage: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be noted.
  • Furnishings: If your apartment was furnished, items will be checked for condition and completeness.
  • Appliances: Ovens, hobs, fridges, and other appliances should be clean and in working order.
  • Walls and flooring: Marks, stains, or holes that exceed fair wear and tear may be flagged.
  • Personal items: All belongings must be removed and rubbish disposed of.
