What should I do if I continue to receive mail after leaving?
If post continues to arrive at your old Enclave address after you’ve moved out, it won’t be forwarded to you by the building team.
What you can do
- Set up mail redirection: Use Royal Mail Redirection to have mail automatically sent to your new address.
- Update your details: Contact banks, utility providers, and other organisations to make sure they have your correct address.
- Ask the new resident (via Enclave): Ask our team and we may be able to arrange for the new resident to pass on or return post.
