What should I do if I lose my keys or fob?

If you lose your keys or fob at Enclave, it’s important to act quickly to maintain your security and regain access.

Steps to take

  1. Report it immediately: Contact the on-site team as soon as you realise your key or fob is missing.

  2. Deactivate access: For lost fobs or access cards, the team can deactivate them right away to prevent unauthorised entry.

  3. Arrange a replacement: The team will issue you with a new key or fob. A replacement fee may apply.

  4. If you’re locked out: The team can arrange access to your apartment, though callout charges may apply outside office hours.

Helpful tip

Always keep spare keys or fobs in a safe place if possible. If your keys or fob were stolen, let the team know so they can take additional security measures, such as updating locks or access permissions.
