What situations are considered emergencies?
At Enclave, emergencies are issues that pose an immediate risk to your safety, security, or the property itself. These require urgent attention and should be reported straight away.
Examples of emergencies
- Fire, smoke, or gas leaks
- Flooding or major water leaks
- Complete power failure or dangerous electrical faults
- Broken locks or compromised building security
- Lift entrapments or serious accessibility issues
What isn’t an emergency
Non-urgent issues like dripping taps, minor appliance faults, or cosmetic repairs should be reported through the resident app and will be handled during normal working hours.
Helpful tip
If you’re unsure, ask yourself: Does this issue pose an immediate danger to people or the building? If yes, treat it as an emergency and call the out-of-hours support or 999 in life-threatening cases.
