What upfront payments are required before move-in?

Before you can collect your keys and move into your Enclave home, a few upfront payments are required.

1. Holding fee

• When due: Paid at the point of reservation to take the property off the market.

• How it’s used: Credited toward your first rent payment or tenancy deposit once your application is approved.

3. First month’s rent

• Amount: One full month’s rent, minus the holding deposit already paid.

• When due: Payable before your tenancy start date so it clears in time for move-in.
