When is my first rent payment due?

Your first rent payment is due before you move in. Once your application and referencing are approved and you’ve signed the tenancy agreement, Enclave will issue a statement showing what’s payable to complete your move-in.

What you’ll typically pay before key collection

• First month’s rent, minus your holding fee (which is credited toward this payment).

These amounts must be cleared ahead of your move-in date so the team can release your keys.

How your ongoing rent date is set

• Your monthly rent due date is the first of each month. 

• If you don’t start on the first of a month, your initial payment may cover a part month so future payments fall on a consistent monthly date. The team will confirm any pro-rata calculations on your statement.

How to pay

You’ll receive payment instructions with your agreement. After the first payment, rent must be paid by standing order.
