Suggested timeline

• At notice: Confirm your move-out date with the resident team and review your tenancy agreement for requirements.
• 2–3 weeks before: Begin decluttering and packing non-essential items. Book any moving services if needed.
• 1 week before: Deep-clean your home, paying special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring.
• Final days: Remove remaining belongings, take meter readings (if applicable), and prepare keys or fobs for return.
