When will I get my deposit back?

After moving out of your Enclave home, your tenancy deposit will be returned once the final inspection and all checks are complete.

Inspection first: The resident team inspects the property to confirm it’s clean, undamaged, and matches the inventory.
Processing time: Deposits are usually returned within 10–14 working days, though exact times may vary depending on your tenancy agreement and the deposit protection scheme used.
Deductions: If any deductions are required (for damage, cleaning, or unpaid rent), you’ll be notified before the balance is released.

Make sure you’ve provided your forwarding bank details to avoid delays in receiving your deposit.
