When will I receive my move-in date?

You can select your move in date on the application form on the Enclave website. Your move in date will then be confirmed once all the key steps of your application are complete. This ensures everything is ready for you and avoids delays on the day.

When the date is confirmed

• After referencing: Your references and checks must be successfully approved.

• After signing: You’ll need to sign your tenancy agreement electronically.

• After payments: Your holding fee and first rent payment must be received in full.

Once these steps are done, the Enclave team will issue a formal confirmation of your tenancy start date.

What the move-in date means

• It marks the official start of your tenancy.

• It’s the day you can collect your keys or access fobs.

Can I choose my date?

Yes, you can select your move in date when  when reserving the property. The on site teams will confirm availability and adjust your tenancy start date to suit where possible.

Helpful tip

If your plans change, let the team know as early as possible. They may be able to adjust your start date slightly, but flexibility depends on availability and how close you are to the agreed tenancy start.
