When will the final inspection take place?
The final inspection of your Enclave home will normally take place on or shortly after your move-out date.
How it works
- Scheduled in advance: The Resident Team will confirm the inspection date and time with you once your notice is processed.
- Timing: Inspections are usually arranged for the day you hand back your keys, but in some cases may take place shortly after you move out.
- Purpose: The inspection checks the property’s condition against the inventory, including cleanliness, furnishings, and any damage.
- Charges if applicable: Following the inspection, the Enclave team will reach out with their findings and notify if any charges will be applied.
Helpful tip
Make sure the property is fully cleaned, all personal belongings are removed, and keys or fobs are ready to hand in before the inspection takes place.
