Where can I smoke if it’s not allowed inside?

As smoking is not allowed inside your Enclave apartment or communal areas, you’ll need to use the designated outdoor smoking areas provided by your building.

Typical options

  • Outdoor smoking areas: Many developments have a clearly marked spot outside the building where smoking is permitted.

  • Public areas: If there’s no designated smoking zone, you’ll need to smoke off-site in public areas, away from entrances and windows.

Rules to follow

  • Respect no-smoking zones: Never smoke in communal areas, stairwells, lifts, or near entrances.

  • Dispose properly: Use ashtrays or bins provided — littering cigarette ends can result in charges.

  • Consider neighbours: Be mindful of where smoke drifts, especially near windows or balconies.

Helpful tip

Check with the on-site team when you move in to find out the exact smoking areas for your building. Using only those spaces will help you stay within the rules.
