Where do I collect my keys or access fob?

On your move-in day, you’ll collect your keys or access fob directly from the on-site Enclave team. This ensures you’re welcomed properly, given essential information, and can access all areas of the building securely.

How collection works

• On-site handover: You’ll meet a member of the team at reception or a designated welcome point.

• Verification: They’ll confirm your identity and check that all required payments and documents have been completed.

• Access provided: You’ll receive your apartment keys and/or electronic fobs for building entry, lifts, and amenities.

Additional information you may receive

• Instructions for using the resident app or portal.

• Details of building facilities, such as parcel lockers, bike storage, and communal areas.

• Contact details for the on-site team in case you need help.
