Who do I contact for urgent repair needs?
For urgent repair needs at Enclave, please contact your maintenance team via the app. Urgent items will be prioritised. Pending the severity of the urgent repair, you could also follow this up with a visit or phone call to your Resident Team to inform them.
How to report
- Resident app: This is the fastest method. Go to the Service Requests section, add details of the problem, and include photos if possible.
- In person: Speak to your Resident Team at reception
- By phone or email: Use your building’s contact details if you can’t reach the app.
Examples of urgent repairs
- Major leaks or flooding
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Gas or fire-related concerns
- Security issues, like broken locks or doors
