Who should I contact if I'm locked out?

If you find yourself locked out of your Enclave apartment, the Resident Team is your first point of contact.

During office hours

• Speak to the team directly.

• They can verify your identity and let you back into your apartment, or issue a temporary fob or key if needed.

Outside office hours

• Our Night Team is available to help. If you can't find them at reception, give them a call as they may be completing checks around the building.
