Who should I contact if I'm locked out?
If you find yourself locked out of your Enclave apartment, the Resident Team is your first point of contact.
During office hours

Speak to the team directly.

They can verify your identity and let you back into your apartment, or issue a temporary fob or key if needed.
Outside office hours

Our Night Team is available to help. If you can't find them at reception, give them a call as they may be completing checks around the building.
