Who should I contact if I'm locked out?
If you find yourself locked out of your Enclave apartment, the on-site management or concierge team is your first point of contact.
During office hours

Speak to the on-site team directly.

They can verify your identity and let you back into your apartment, or issue a temporary fob or key if needed.
Outside office hours

Use the out-of-hours emergency number provided in your welcome pack.

An on-call team member or contractor will attend to give you access. Please note, there may be a callout fee for out-of-hours assistance.
Helpful tip
Always carry your key or fob when leaving, even for short trips. If you’re prone to locking yourself out, consider leaving a spare with a trusted friend or family member nearby (if permitted).
