Yes — the Enclave resident app allows you to request services directly, making it easy to manage your home.

What you can request

  • Maintenance issues: Log service requests for repairs, faults, or other problems in your apartment or shared spaces.
  • Cleaning and additional services: While not always bookable through the app, you can contact the resident team to arrange extra cleaning appointments or special services.

How it works

  • Go to the Service Requests section in the app to log a maintenance issue.
  • Provide details and, if possible, photos to help the team resolve the problem quickly.
