Can couriers access all parts of the building?

No — couriers cannot access all areas of Enclave buildings. For security reasons, their access is restricted.

How access works

• Reception or parcel room: Couriers deliver here if your building has a staffed desk or storage area.

• Parcel lockers: In some developments, they place deliveries directly into secure lockers.

• Intercom system: If delivering directly to you, they’ll use the intercom to contact you for entry.

• No free roaming: Couriers are not allowed to move through residential corridors or communal areas without being accompanied.

Why restrictions exist

• To maintain resident safety and security.

• To prevent unauthorised people from accessing apartments or shared spaces.

Helpful tip

Always provide your full name and apartment number on orders so couriers know exactly where to leave your parcel within the permitted delivery areas.
