Can deliveries be redelivered or collected later?

Yes — if you miss a delivery at Enclave, most parcels can either be redelivered or collected later, depending on the courier and your building’s setup.

Redelivery

  • Courier request: Many couriers allow you to reschedule a delivery through their website or app.

  • Alternate address: You may be able to redirect the parcel to a parcel shop, locker, or another address.

Collection

  • On-site parcel room: Most parcels are delivered to the parcel room, where you can collect them at a time that suits you (within the storage period). Please note, food deliveries cannot be accepted in the parcel room and you will need to be available to pick up from the driver.

  • Courier depot/collection point: If the building can’t accept the delivery, the courier may leave it at a nearby depot or shop for later collection.
