Yes — you can cancel or change bookings directly through the Enclave resident app.

How to manage bookings

• Cancel: Open the app, go to your bookings list, and select the booking you’d like to cancel.
• Reschedule: If you want to change the time or date, simply amend your booking through the same menu (subject to availability).
• Confirmation: You’ll receive a notification once your cancellation or updated booking is confirmed.

Helpful tip

If you booked a popular space, cancel as early as possible if you no longer need it — this frees up the slot for other residents and avoids any potential charges.
