Can I change my rent due date?

Changing your rent due date at Enclave is sometimes possible, but it depends on your tenancy agreement and approval from the management team.

Standard setup

  • Your rent due date is fixed to the day your tenancy started (e.g. if you moved in on the 10th, rent is due on the 10th each month).

  • This ensures payments align consistently with your tenancy period.

Changing the date

  • Some flexibility may be available if you have a strong reason (for example, aligning rent with your salary date).

  • Any change would need to be agreed in writing with the Enclave accounts or management team.

  • If approved, your first payment after the change may be adjusted (pro-rata) to realign the schedule.
