Can I opt out of certain types of communications?

How to opt out

• Go to Account Settings > Notification Settings in the app.
• Toggle off the types of notifications you don’t want to receive.
• You can change these preferences at any time.

What you can’t opt out of

Some essential notifications, like urgent building updates or safety alerts, may not be optional — these are sent to protect your wellbeing and keep you informed.

Helpful tip

If you’d prefer fewer updates, consider leaving only service requests and urgent announcements enabled, while switching off less relevant notifications.
