How it works

  • Online payments: Enter your payment details once, then use the app or portal to make one-off or recurring rent payments.

  • Payment history: You can view past transactions and check your balance at any time.

  • Security: Payments are processed through secure systems, giving you peace of mind.

If it’s not available

  • Some developments may not yet support rent payments through the app. In that case, you can pay by bank transfer, direct debit, or standing order instead.

  • Your tenancy agreement or welcome pack will confirm the payment options available for your specific building.
