Can I track my parcel deliveries?

Enclave does not provide parcel tracking directly, but you can still track your deliveries using the courier’s system.

How tracking works

  • Courier updates: Use the tracking link or app provided by the retailer or delivery company to follow your parcel’s progress.

Helpful tip

Always keep your courier tracking link until your parcel has been collected. This makes it easier to follow up with the courier if something goes wrong before it reaches Enclave.
