Can I track the status of my repair request online?
Yes — you can track the progress of repair requests directly in the Enclave resident app.
How it works
- Service Requests section: After submitting an issue, you can view its status in the app.
- Updates: The maintenance team will update the request as it progresses, so you’ll see when in progress, or completed.
- Chat: If the maintenance team have any questions for you, they'll reach out via the chat function on the app.

If you’re unsure about the progress of a repair or need more detail, you can always contact the Resident Team for an update.
