Can I track the status of my repair request online?
Yes — you can track the progress of repair requests directly in the Enclave resident app.
How it works
- Service Requests section: After submitting an issue, you can view its status in the app.
- Updates: The maintenance team will update the request as it progresses, so you’ll see when it’s scheduled, in progress, or completed.
- Notifications: You may also receive alerts in the app when the status changes, keeping you informed without needing to chase.
