How are parcels delivered to the building?

At Enclave, parcel deliveries are managed securely to keep your items safe and communal areas clear. Couriers are not permitted to leave parcels unattended in corridors or outside your apartment. Instead, all deliveries are directed to designated collection points within the building.

Reception or concierge

If your building has a staffed reception, the team will accept and store parcels on your behalf. You’ll be notified when your delivery is ready for collection.

Parcel lockers or rooms

Many Enclave buildings feature secure lockers or parcel rooms. Couriers place items inside, and you can access them later using a unique code or your resident fob.

Courier redelivery

If a parcel cannot be accepted—due to size restrictions or delivery limits—the courier will return it for redelivery or make it available for collection from their depot.
