How do I download and log into the resident app or portal?

At Enclave, all digital services are managed through the resident app — there isn’t a separate portal. The app gives you access to bookings, tenancy details, payments, and maintenance requests in one place.

Downloading the app

• App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android): Search for the Enclave resident app and download it to your device.

Logging in

• Welcome email: When you move in, you’ll receive an email invitation with a link to register.

• Credentials: Use the same email address you provided during your tenancy sign-up to create your account.

• Password setup: Follow the steps in the email to set your password and complete your registration.

Helpful tip

If you haven’t received your invitation email, or if you have trouble logging in, the on-site team can resend the registration link and help you get started.
