How do I pay my rent?

Rent at Enclave is due on the 1st of every month, and will need to be paid by standing order that is set up directly with your bank. 

How to pay

  • Direct debit or standing order: Setting up an automatic payment through your bank or banking app ensures your rent is paid on time every month without you needing to remember.

Payment details

  • Your tenancy agreement or welcome pack will include the account details you need to pay by standing order

  • Always include your tenancy reference or full name as the payment reference to make sure your rent is correctly allocated.
