How do I pay rent through the resident app?

You cannot pay rent through the Enclave resident app.

How to pay

• Standing order: Rent should be paid by setting up a standing order directly with your bank.
• Your details: Use the payment information provided in your tenancy agreement to set up the transfer. You will also have this information on an email which is sent to you when you get your tenancy agreement.
• Automation: Once set up, your rent will be transferred automatically each month on the agreed date.

Set up your standing order early to ensure your first payment is made on time. Always double-check the account details before confirming with your bank.
