How do I pay rent through the resident app?

You cannot pay rent through the Enclave resident app.

How to pay

• Standing order: Rent should be paid by setting up a standing order directly with your bank.
• Your details: Use the payment information provided in your tenancy agreement or welcome pack to set up the transfer.
• Automation: Once set up, your rent will be transferred automatically each month on the agreed date.
