How long will my parcel be stored before return?

At Enclave, parcels are stored securely for a limited period. If they’re not collected in time, they may be returned to the sender.

Typical storage times

• Parcel lockers: Usually between 3–7 days, depending on space and courier policy.

• Reception or parcel rooms: Parcels are generally held for a similar period, though staff may extend this slightly if space allows.

• Large or bulky items: These may need to be collected sooner due to limited storage capacity.

What happens after the limit

• Uncollected parcels may be returned to the courier or sender.

• Storage limits are enforced to keep space available for all residents.

Helpful tip

Always collect parcels promptly after receiving your notification. If you expect to be away, inform the on-site team in advance — they may be able to hold items a little longer if storage allows.
