How long will my parcel be stored before return?

At Enclave, parcels are stored securely for a limited period. If they’re not collected in time, they may be returned to the sender.

Typical storage times

• Parcel rooms: Usually 7 days, depending on space. If your parcel has been there for a long time, the team will always reach out to remind you it needs collecting before returning to sender.

• Large or bulky items: These may need to be collected sooner due to limited storage capacity.

What happens after the limit

• Uncollected parcels may be returned to the courier or sender.

• Storage limits are enforced to keep space available for all residents.

Helpful tip

Always collect parcels promptly after receiving your notification. If you expect to be away, inform the Resident Team in advance — they may be able to hold items a little longer if storage allows.
