Is building insurance included in my rent?

No – building insurance is not part of your rent payments. The insurance cost for the building is covered by Enclave.

Enclave’s responsibility: Building insurance is managed directly by Enclave and covers the structure of the property.
Your responsibility: This does not extend to your personal belongings. You’ll need separate contents insurance to protect items inside your home.
