What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you miss a delivery at Enclave, what happens next depends on the courier and your building’s parcel system.

Common outcomes

  • Accepted on your behalf: In most cases, the on-site team or parcel lockers will accept deliveries even if you’re not home.

  • Courier reattempt: If a parcel can’t be left safely, the courier may try again on another day.

  • Collection from depot: Some couriers may leave a card or email asking you to collect from their local depot or parcel shop.

  • Return to sender: If repeated delivery attempts fail and no safe storage option is available, the parcel may be returned to the retailer.

Helpful tip

Always track your delivery using the courier’s system and check your Enclave app, email, or notifications. If you know you’ll be away, arrange delivery for a day when you’re available or use a click-and-collect service.
