What happens if my rent payment date falls on a weekend or holiday?

If your rent due date at Enclave falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your payment should still be made on or before that date.

How it works

• Standing orders: Payments are usually processed on the next working day if the due date is a non-banking day. To avoid late payment, it’s best to set your payment to leave your account the working day before weekends or holidays.
