What is the policy on vaping indoors?

Vaping is treated the same as smoking at Enclave and is not permitted inside apartments, communal areas, or outdoor terraces and gardens.

Why this rule exists

• Comfort: Vapour can still affect air quality and may be unpleasant for neighbours.
• Safety: Restricting vaping indoors reduces fire and maintenance risks.
• Consistency: Having the same rule for both smoking and vaping makes expectations clear for all residents.

Where to vape

If you vape, please do so outside of the building in open-air spaces away from entrances and communal areas, and always dispose of used cartridges responsibly.
