Enclave offers several ways to pay your rent, so you can choose the option that works best for you.

Accepted payment methods

• Direct debit: The most convenient option, where rent is collected automatically each month once you’ve set it up.

• Standing order: You instruct your bank to send payment on a fixed date each month.

• Bank transfer: You can make manual transfers using the account details provided in your tenancy documents.

• Resident portal or app: In many developments, you can pay securely online and view your payment history.

What’s not usually accepted

• Cash payments are not accepted.

• Cheques are generally not used for rent.
