When is my rent due each month?

Your rent at Enclave is due monthly in advance, on the 1st day of every month. 

Important notes

• Rent must be received by the due date, not just sent, so set up payments early to allow for processing time.

• Setting up a standing order is the easiest way to ensure payments are made on time every month.
