When is my rent due each month?

Your rent at Enclave is due monthly in advance, starting from your tenancy start date.

How the due date is set

  • The tenancy start date becomes your rent due date each month.

    • Example: If your tenancy begins on the 15th, rent will be due on the 15th of every month.

  • If your tenancy begins mid-month, your first payment may be adjusted (pro-rata) so future payments fall on the same consistent date.

Important notes

  • Rent must be received by the due date, not just sent, so set up payments early to allow for processing time.

  • Setting up a direct debit or standing order is the easiest way to ensure payments are made on time every month.

Helpful tip

Check your tenancy agreement or welcome pack for the confirmed date. If you’re unsure, ask the on-site team so you can align your payments correctly from the start.
