Where are the fire exits located?

Every Enclave building has clearly marked fire exit signage to guide you safely out in an emergency. The exact exits vary by location:

Fire exit locations

• Enclave: KX and Acton: Use the stairs and exit through the main door.
• Enclave: Croydon: You can also use the side ground floor exit in addition to the main door.
• Enclave: Birmingham City: Exits include the service door, main lobby, café entrance, and the fire door at the bottom of the second staircase.

Helpful tip

Familiarise yourself with the exit routes in your building as soon as possible. If you’re unsure, speak with the resident team so you know exactly where to go in case of an emergency.
