Where can I find copies of my tenancy documents?

Your tenancy documents, including your signed tenancy agreement, are managed outside of the Enclave resident app.

How to access them

• DocuSign: Your tenancy agreement is signed digitally through DocuSign. Once all parties have signed, you’ll have the option to download a copy directly.
• Expired link: If your DocuSign link has expired, you can request a fresh copy from the resident team.
• On request: The resident team can always send you another copy if needed for reference, renewals, or proof of address.

Helpful tip

Save a digital copy of your agreement when you first receive it. This makes it easy to reference important details like tenancy dates, deposit amounts, and notice periods.
