Where can I see my payment history?

Your rent payment history is not currently available in the Enclave resident app.

How to access it

• Resident team: Contact your on-site resident team, who can provide a breakdown of your payment history on request.
• Bank statements: Since rent is paid via standing order, your bank statements will also show each payment made.

Helpful tip

If you need a formal payment history (for example, for visa applications, references, or financial checks), ask the resident team for an official record rather than relying only on your bank.
