Where do I collect my post?

At Enclave, everyday post and letters are delivered to secure mailboxes or collection points within the building.

Individual mailboxes: Each apartment is assigned a locked mailbox, usually located in the lobby or entrance area.
Secure access: You’ll need your key or fob to access your own mailbox.
Oversized items: Larger envelopes or parcels that don’t fit may be handed to the on-site team or placed in parcel lockers, depending on your building’s setup.

Check your mailbox regularly — even if you expect most things digitally — to avoid it overflowing or missing important letters.
