Where should couriers leave parcels if no one is available?
At Enclave, couriers are not allowed to leave parcels unattended in corridors or outside your apartment. Instead, deliveries are directed to secure collection points.
Where parcels go
-
Reception or concierge: If your building has staffed reception, the team will accept and store parcels on your behalf.
-
Parcel lockers or rooms: In many developments, couriers place items in secure lockers or a parcel room, which you can access later with a code or your fob.
-
Courier redelivery: If the building cannot accept a delivery (for example, if it’s oversized or restricted), the courier may take it back for redelivery or depot collection.
Why this matters
-
Keeps parcels safe and prevents theft or loss.
-
Ensures hallways and communal areas are kept clear of obstructions.
Helpful tip
Always include your name and apartment number when placing orders. This ensures the courier knows where to leave your parcel within the building’s secure delivery system.
