Where should couriers leave parcels if no one is available?

• Reception or concierge: If your building has staffed reception, the team will accept and store parcels on your behalf.

• Parcel lockers or rooms: In many developments, couriers place items in secure lockers or a parcel room, which you can access later with a code or your fob.

• Courier redelivery: If the building cannot accept a delivery (for example, if it’s oversized or restricted), the courier may take it back for redelivery or depot collection.
