Yes — if your Enclave rent payment is late, you may be charged a late payment fee.
How late fees work

14 days overdue: Once rent is more than 14 days late, a late payment fee may be charged. Additionally, any rent-related incentives outlined in your tenancy agreement may be removed and will need to be repaid.
Why late fees exist

To encourage timely payments and cover the landlord’s costs of chasing arrears.
