Will I be notified if a delivery is missed?
Yes — if a delivery attempt is missed at Enclave, you’ll usually receive a notification. The type of notification depends on the courier and how your building handles parcels.
How you may be notified

Courier updates: Most delivery companies send a text, email, or app alert if they couldn’t deliver.

Missed delivery card: A card may be left at your door with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Building notification: If the on-site team or parcel system receives your parcel, you’ll get a message confirming it’s ready to collect. If they couldn’t accept it, they may let you know.
