Will the building forward mail to my new address?

No — Enclave does not forward mail once you’ve moved out. After your tenancy ends, any post still arriving at the building will typically be marked as “Return to Sender” and sent back.

Why forwarding isn’t offered

• Security: Staff cannot forward personal mail to unverified addresses.

• Practicality: With multiple residents moving in and out, it isn’t possible to manage forwarding on behalf of individuals.

What you should do

• Set up mail redirection with Royal Mail (or your country’s postal provider) before you move out.

• Update your address directly with banks, subscriptions, and other services to avoid missed post.
